How soon do you have to enter Canada once approved?

Once approved for PR in the FSW program, how soon do you have to enter Canada to complete the process? And can this be extended?

1. At least a day prior to ur PRV's expiry (it'd be mentioned in ur visa/s).
2. No. If u do not 'land' by the PRV's expiry -- u'd lose it. DANGER!
