I landed in Canada late september on a 1 year closed work permit for my own company. It was an owner operator LMIA with Noc 0125
My work permit is set to expire in september 2022 and i am wondering if there is any restriction on applying to extend now rather than waiting till the last month or two?
Also, my attorney tells me i don't need new LMIA again and i can file for extension with IRCC, thoughts?
