How soon after getting the visa do I have to enter Canada?

I think I got the visa. I am saying that because after 105 days of waiting, they finally asked me for my passport. Also, under my online application status, this is what it says:

Final decision: Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details.

Because of them taking so long, now I am not sure when I can find the time to travel. Is there a time limit on the visa? I am not asking about the visa expiry date (which can be 6 months/ 1 year/etc). I am asking if there is anything that says that I must enter canada within X number of days of getting my visa.

There is no time limit or 6 months' rule to visit. You can travel anytime during the validity of your TRV
