How should I do if I extend my visitor status was refussed

As titled, how should I do if my extentaion visitor was refused?

I have ten years multimple entry Visitor visa, can I make an U turn at the border?

You can try - but there is no guarantee you will be allowed back into Canada. It would be better to leave Canada (as you have been told to do), return home and spend several months in your home country before you try to return for another visit to Canada.
