How should I calculate the years of experience from the hours I worked?

As per the link below, the calculation of hours of work per year is 1560. What if I have worked for 1560 X 2 = 3120 hours in one year. Will it be considered as 2 years of experience?

Sorry but 52 weeks worked with at least 30 hours per week will only credit you with one year.
