How quickly does EE profile update with changes

I am waiting for my ECA to come through. This should arrive Tuesday and based on previous draws I guess the next draw is Wednesday. I'd obviously like to be in this draw, so if I make my profile on Tuesday will it be in the pool for Wednesday?

Or if I create a profile now, without the ECA, then update it on Tuesday with the ECA to bump up my CRS score, will these changes to my score happen before Wednesday?
