How PNP will work for CRS 303 score ?

Dear Sir,

I have 303 crs score and need to apply for PR.

Working as SoftwareEngineer(Oracle PLSQL) for 8yrs, Education with Bachelor of Engineering. First Language is English.

Can I Do it under PNP process? Also what shall be step by step process please?
