?how old the funds have to be to show in pof

Average balance of six months. Logically speaking your account should meet the required funds atleast six months prior.

Or less than that provided you can conclusively prove that the funds belong to you. For instance, you can sell your car/jewelry/shares even a day before submitting the post ITA application and still show the proceeds (by depositing them in a bank account and getting the bank to give you a certificate/letter in the format required by CIC) as POF along with documentary evidence of the sale to prove that these are not borrowed funds.

Avoid fiddling with these funds throughout the process.

Hi Asivad,

I have a Danish bank account and all my bank documents are in Danish (Bank Statements).

There is no way of getting these in english and I only have one letter from them in English saying that I have had an account with them for this long.

What should I do ?

You gotta have them translated and notarized and send the translated copies with original.
