Hello, friends

I have some questions; I will kindly appreciate everybody who knows the reply to them.

1. What is the structure for preparing a resume to be accepted by CIC? Is there any website to help me?

2. If I take a verification employment letter for an organization here and use it for my immigration application instead along with my appointment letter, my on job certificates, will CIC accept?

in fact , I don't want my employer to realize which am going to immigrate till the CIC final decision.
