How much waiting time after submitting passports????????

Hi
I have sent my medicals and passports on 13 july 2009 and my RPRF DD was encashed on 22 july 2009. How long i will have to wait for passports?
Since my RPRF DD has been encashed does it mean that my case has been approved??
