how much time to refund tuition fee

Due to visa rejection i applied the refund on 13th sept 2016. So far i didn't receive any update from sheridan college.
i have sent couple of emails then also there is no update.

Guys, kindly let me know usually how much time it takes to refund tuition fee from college if you have any idea.
