How much time langara take to release over letter ??

I got 70% marks in 10th
,75% in 12th
,56% in bcom from punjab University , Chandigarh
I have work experience of more than 1.5 years .
I got bands 7 not less than 6.5
So do i have Chance to get offer letter from langara college as i have applied for may 2020 on 23rd September 2019
