How much old bank certificate will be acceptable for proof of funds

Hi guys,

Can anybody tell me how old bank certificate will be acceptable for CIC?? Arrange bank certificate 10-15 days prior to apply, is acceptable?

Maximum 3 months old.

Yes it's a good practice to make it 10 to 15 days back before sending the Application.

Do you know if it is acceptable to show your spouse's accounts bank statement in proof of funds or is it necessary to be in Principal applicants account.
