How much money (in Canadian dollars) will bring to Canada to support themselves

While creating EE profile it asks this question. Is it related to proof of funds as I may not bring 12000 CAD to canada if i succeeded in getting selected for PR.

What should be my answer when i don't know how MUCH to bring at this stage ?
