hello i am in ghana..and i applied last year for permanent resident for canadaian visa for family class i submitted my application on october and i filled a qsr form for quebec and recieved an email saying my QSR quebec selection certificate has been approved so i will like to know if im close...???

Must have been overseas. OP says they are IN Ghana. Accra takes about 15 months to process.
