How much longer after security (fingerprint) is completed?

Hi guys,

CIC sent my medical request to my email and a letter mail to my address on sept 2013. i returned the medical report on oct 2013, however, the letter was lost in mail. i requested for a resend last week, my question here is how much longer does it take for the decision to finalize? my application was mail to vegrille.

Sorry. The letter was suppose to be requesting for finger print. i just found out last week. Earlier, i have tried phoning CIC to confirm further documents are needed on dec 2013 and jan 2014, but my feed back was to wait patiently. And now they said finger print was still missing.

Can i not wait for this letter and just print form online to get it done at a local police station?
