Guys I am very confused as I already prepared all the documents now worried what to do
I want to apply for super visa for parents (me and my spouse) and parents for the family of 4

My NOA (income for 2021 year is 48500) wife didn't work so its only my income for NOA 2021.... I don't even know if I am eligible or not, because on the website LICO is not updated for 2021

Should I apply or not.......anyone had a same situation ??

LICO will only increase for 2021 so you don’t qualify for a supervisa.

As i mentioned earlier LICO for 2021 is not released , but It will be some where around SAME OR +2K-3k
2020 this amount for 4 person was $48,167 which means chances are slim

why not you apply for Visitor visa instead of Super visa , reason why I am saying this in V V your parents income play a major role (in case they have enough money to show in india ) and they can show tie-up

Not responding called a consultant and she is like they only accept 2020 NOA based on that you are not eligible

Your NOA for 2021 must match LICO for that year. You can’t use 2020 LICO for 2021 NOA. Do you have NOA for 2020?
