How much fees to be paid? confusing

I am applying under CEC. We are a family of 4.
1 Principle applicant+1 spouse + 2 children (under age 18).
My understanding is fees to be paid is 550+550+2X150 = 1400.
Is that correct?
The reason for confusion - The fee payment form (second row in the chart) has a line stating that
Each Family member age 22 or older. I feel it should be only 1 person (my wife) and not 2 (me and my wife).
Please help.

Your calculation is correct. When they said "Each family member age 22 or older", that section is for your dependent (s), which in this case is your wife only.

In the same form you have separate row for primary aplication and it's deafult and next row/column just put 1 and other row/column you can put 2 for your kids so it will show you total of $1400.
