My husband is a new Landed Immigrant from Thailand. Now we want to know if we can bring his younger brother here to study English for 6 months on a Visitor's Visa. In the past my husband was refused a Visitor's Visa so I have no idea if his brother could even get one or not. What would we have to do to get him a Visitor's Visa to study english?
