There is no minimum, the maximum I guess would be how much you can stuff in the baggage limit of 23 Kilos. So a $100 bill weighs 1 gram, so theoretically you could carry $2,300,000 as check luggage and Carry On luggage and personal items total maximum of 20 kilos so that is another $2,000,000
