How many points to my Education

Dear All.

I am confusing to calculate point on my education. Please can anyone say exact point

I compeled Grade 12 (Twelve Years) in academic , also completed Three Years (Two Years in National Trade Certificate(ITI) + One Year in Apprenticeship) in technical. Totally i have Fifteen Years Education

It could be 112 but you should get your ECA done, for the clearer answer.

ECA belongs to Education, not experience,
So, you should get your ECA done.
But, If you have completed your education in Canada, only in that case you do not require ECA.


"An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is used to verify that your foreign degree, diploma, certificate (or other proof of your credential) is valid and equal to a completed credential in Canada". (Quoted from CIC website)

You can do it by yourself, as there is no rocket science.
There are several organizations approved by CIC, who are doing ECA.
like, WES, CEC, ICAS

But the fastest of them is WES, which will give you your ECA in 20 working days (or even less)

Consultants will do the same and they will even keep you in dark about the progress, they will not speed up the process, so better to do it yourself to save time, and to know the actual situation by yourself.

The following link says regarding ECA, that is only for Federal skilled worker. But i like to apply under CEC in EE. Do i need ECA?
