How many points shall one get for two different one-year pg diplomas in Canada? under CRS /Express entry?

Hi all, I am having a small but tedious question regarding points awarded on the basis of study in Canada. As one of my friend has completed two separate one-year PG diplomas and now on 3 Years PG work permit. As, he is ready to apply for his PR under the express entry, his consultant is claiming that he will get points for one year, not two years.
please clarify, and, if someone can provide a link/thread which clearly states and address this issue???

Points for 1-year diploma and 2-year diploma are the same. So doesn't matter.
