How many payslips would be sufficient?

Hello All,

To prove my 2 years of work experience for my current job, would an experience letter from Company with all the details like salary, hours worked per week, date of joining, job duties and recent 6 months payslips would be enough? Or do i need to have all my payslips from day 1.?
