How many LAA has been rejected for Manitoba PNP-2015

How can we know about the numbers of rejected LAA ?

Manitoba PNP cap = 5000

So far LAA issued = 3672

Available = 1328

but rejected LAA = ?

If someone know about this please tell me.

I have 521 points for EOI. Any chance of getting LAA in future ?
