how many days take a college before giving a decision ?

i sent my all education documents to some college last thursday
but still i m waiting for reply
i do not know what to do know and
I got 66% in 10th standard ,58% in 12th
ANd in IELTS i got 7 overall Bands S - 5.5 , W - 6.5 , R - 7 , L - 8.5

Don't worry they will reply it takes bout a month or so when they finish to evaluate your file they will email you 1st attach a copy of their decision while you wait 4 the original. Which college or university did you apply too.

if they take 1 month than it is to long period and chances will be about nil SO what can i do to get offer Letter quickly

Why you need is so quick?? I think 1 month time is quite reasonable time because mostly universities and colleges are getting aplications a lot so they ened certain time to check the eligibility....

Because I want to take JAN INTAKE
OFFER LETTER is first TOWARD visa

Harinder jee.... Twano pehlai apply kerna chaheda c for College but its ok... it is not the last january intake..... happens..... you should give the procedure time almost 4-6 month like accepting from college and then Visa...... its the minimum time required.... if u were neding january intake ur search and applying should start 6-8 months ago...!!! But its always something good.... don't worry when ever will be the god will you will get the admission....!!! Just relax.... may be you get admission in next intake!!

Firstly try to call (emails dnt get replied soon..may take 3-4 days) the college and enquire about the application status and ask them approximately how long they may take to process your application. Processing time varies from college to college. My application to seneca college took more than a month.
Also try to arrange money for your 1 year fees payment and GIC certificate (living expenses), so that if you get your acceptance letter within this month you can pay your fees asap and then apply for the visa. I don't think there will be enough time to get the education loan processed. Also note that if your applying under SPP, december 1st is the deadline.
Also i would like to mention that i am no expert regarding this subject. In fact this is my first post in this forum 8)

Dude makin long distance calls is expensive bottom line is you late for jan intake don't hurry your visa application coz it will be rejected take your time prepare everything go through this forum for some tips etc etc
