You likely have at least a few more months to go. Will also depend on whether you need an interview. The medical is in the initial phase and the background checks take the longest to complete.

It depends on a lot of factors, including your VO and the speed at which the process applications, but if you look at other July 2020 applications, you should feel pretty optimistic, it sounds like you have: obtained SA, passed Bio and Medical, you're nearing the end, my friend!
