how long would take to receive PNP or ITA

I have my Express entry profile created and have shared EOI for PEI alone recently. My CRS score is 364 and I dont have notification of interest received from PNP. With Nov 15th draw, recent CRS eligibility score is 439. Though I'm eligible in Federal skilled worked program, I have not received notification from PNP. I did not find clarity in the process. Can somebody clarify on how long do I need to wait for my nomination?

PEI may not respond at all. They look into the profiles and select candidates that suite them. Same with Ontario. As for other provinces some simply don't have PNP programs for people from outside Canada and for other provinces ex Saskatchewan you have to apply yourself when they open their PNP streams.
Check every provinces website and see what streams they have.

Thanks for your clarification, now I got it. So I need to check each provinces website, my only hope now has to be in improving my CRS score alone, isnt?

I have no relatives or friends in Manitoba, is there a way to apply EOI to that province?
