Does anyone know how long you will be given to leave Canada if an application for PR is refused while on implied status? My current work permit expires March 31st, and I have applied for PR under CEC and also a BOWP. My current application is 12 weeks into processing, and I have applied for my GCMS notes but don't expect to get them for another couple of weeks.
My first application for PR was rejected after 7 weeks of processing, so I get a bit of anxiety at times, and it would be good to have an idea of how long I will have to pack up and leave (or potentially make other arrangements) if this application is also rejected... ???
Thanks in advance for any insight!
