How long to wait for PR Card

I am landing in Canada with PR status in December 2019. I am planning to stay in Toronto in a temporary place until I get the PR card via mail. Could anyone tell me how long it takes to get the PR card? Based on it, I could decide the rental duration of the temporary place. Thank you.
