How long to receive the application number?

Hi,

I submitted an application online yesterday to extend my child's visitor visa.
Based on the previous experience, I usually get the confirmation letter for my payment and application number immediately.
However, I only got the confirmation letter, but not application number.
It has been 10 hours past, I still get nothing.

How long to receive the application number?

I got mine 3 hours after the confirmation letter. But I wouldn't stress out too much about it if it's only been 10 hours.
