How long to reach decision made in ecas?? And any of you ever get DM on weeknd?

From the time it goes into process/progress how long does it take is there a rough estimate??
This week will mark my 4th week since it has gone into progress i have 5 lines with last one as medical received.
I am cec inland

do u know any cec inland applicant whose ecas in process same time as yours and he only pay half fees upfront and he is asked to pay the second fee??? if u find that person then u will get your dm timing roundabout
