how long to get study permit/student visa in philippines??

are there any applicants in the Philippines who are planning to take their programs by january??can anybody post their timeline or how long an application is normally processed? and if there is any medical examinations and interview? hope i can get feedbacks! thanks! ???

someone actually shared a timeline. since i can't post links, the subject of the said timeline is "Pls share timeline for Student Visa applied in Manila"

and yes, international students from the philippines need to undergo medical examinations.
