How long to get detailed rejection notes?

I submitted privacy act request 24 April, received an email about a week later saying since my husband is not in Canada, we had to go access to information route (meaning not free). So I pad the 5.00, also got the consent form signed by hubby and emailed back (scanned) and replied the same day to them on the same email address they sent me (there was no mention of any other email etc to send this information to). Since then I have not heard anything at all, and its been now a full month. Still no detailed rejection notes for my husband's visitor visa.

Is there a number I can call to inquire on the access to information request? I do have the file number for it. I could not find anything online for a link to submit a status request on the ATI request at all. (Only on actual CIC applications that are over the timing).

How can I find out the status of our information request??

Just follow up at that same email address where you sent the consent form. They should send it to you within a few days or so because you've already reached 30 days of waiting.
