How long time the office takes to call you?

Hi,

This is my process.

This letter refers to your application for permanent residence under the Protected Person in Canada class.
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The Canada Immigration Centre in ETOBICOKE will contact you concerning your permanent resident status.

I called to the call centre and the officer told me that it is approved! That decision was made on June 14,2013.
How long time take the office to call me? It is more than 60 days

Hey kamalkell, I was notified that the decision was made on my application on August 15 and still looking to hear from etobicoke office; the call centre told me it takes 4 months to hear from the office. Any update from you, please?
