how long the process time of spouse case

i hope every one see my email are well .

since 13 novermber of 2008 i applied to islamabad for spouse case so till present only
i received Afghanistan Questionnaire Form and Id number (0592 1805 0 ) so i dont know when
i get my visa .

if anyone share her/his timeline or answer me
