Current trend 6-8 months....Unless you are something special like few 2013 applicants(NOC 2174)

AOR...usually 1-2 months
Medicals usually 7-9 months

if you are that special, I would give it NEXT BUSINESS DAY

Coming to the point, there are few applicants who applied in JAN, and the other applied in April... and they already received PPR... I hope we would cross the road at same speed.
