how long takes after RPRF

I am sponsoring my husband through Damascus office, on April 18th I was asked to pay RPRF ... I understand it takes 3-4 weeks for Mississauga to send payment confirmation to Dmascus

I was wondering what is the next step for us and how long it may takes...
