How long take to CIC status change to " A desicion have made"

I checked my CIC status today and it have changed to " Medical Received". I took them last April 11. How long take to changed my status to " A decision have Made"

I applied under MPNP last July 9, 2015.

Currently its May guys who are getting. So possibly next month you can expect it in next month if they keep their 11 months timeline.
