how long take process for the permendent resident card after obtained refuge

how long it takes to have his resident card and to have the opportunity to travel. help me with information

apply for PR Card= 6 weeks to 3 months

you can apply for RTD(refugee travel document ) for traveling purpose right after you apply for PR,regardless of obtaining the PR,however, note that RTD validity is only 2-yaers before obtaining the PR, and 5 years if you apply after getting the PR
