I updated my documents8 months ago, I received an e-mail stated that ur file has been transfered from Damascus to Warsaw 3 months ago , I received an e-mail from Warsaw one month ago stated that you have to add some more documents to prove that you have worked 12 years. Any body knows whats going on with my file and does anybody experience something similar ??I am fed up with.......

Couldnt tell you whats going on with your file but looks like they want to make themselves sure of your work experience. And its very common that CIC asks for further documents through the immigration process. Try and get exactly what proofs/documents they are asking for and you will get through. Good luck from me.

they have stated that transfering to Warsaw from Damascus has been done in order to expedite my process but to me it is not "expedite" , it is just" delay". Whoever I know got his visa after a laps of 8 months of document updating.

If you don't mind, what is your NOC? and when did you sent your application for first time.

Hi Elham,
Absolutely there are some differences in the way that different visa offices process/review the applications. Anyways, I think your application is accepted but they are not satisfied with work exp. certs that you have provided. I suggest you to resend valid documents for the same as per the Instruction Guide EG7000.

Hi Strong,

Yes I am from Iran. As per some cases I am aware of, some of 2005 applications are transfered to Warsaw. I know someone from 2004 and another guy from 2006 that their cases are still in Damscus.
My Case (March 2005) and my cousine's (Jan 2005) are both in Warsaw and we have received the request letter for updating our applications from Warsaw within the same week.

If she has Immig File No. you can the last status of her application through online service.
As per new rules, new apps go to Ca directly.

Contacted Warsaw office asking for the latest status: May 2010
Email from Warsaw that your wife's PCC is not received so you have to send it again within 60 days (Note: my updated application included my wife's PCC for sure, why they are asking again???!!): May 2010
Many emails requesting confirmation of receiving new PCC: NO REPLY till the date!!
