how long should I put for the duration of visit for supervisa ?

hi i have a question, i am applying for supervisa .how many weeks should i put for the duration of the visit? will two months be too much ? or should i keep it below a month?
i know that supervisa if for visitors who will be staying more then six month so i am a little confused on how long the visit should be. Should i put more than six months?
please help me with this.

You should put the truth but certainly over 6 months or the VO May decide to process a TRV instead
