How long it will take to get PPR for CEC Express Entry - Inland ?

My PR application is in progress under the category CEC Express Entry.

I received invitation in 4th week on Aug '17 and filed the application on second week on October. I got my medical results passed on Oct 27.

I am getting married on Feb last week in India and my wife is living in India. Now, I am not sure of how I can get my wife here the earliest ? Getting to know how long it for people under same category who applied in Mid 2017 can help me in getting documentation ready for my wife.

My wife doesn't have TRV. Can anyone please recommend the best and the quickest way to get my wife here to Canada (ON) ?

Generally 3-6 months for CEC stream, but it can take more than 2 years if someone get stuck in security screening. By the time you get married if you do not get PPR, inform CIC about marriage and your wife can be included in your application and process the application at the same time. If you become PR at the time you get married then you will need to sponsor your wife's PR separately. The processing time is around 12 months for spouse PR.
