How long it takes to get biometrics letter

i am Indian and i have applied For Trv for me & my spouse on Nov 7 2019
Stll no email for biometrics ?
I have applied for trv from saudi arabia as i am currently working here
Can any one says waiting time?
Online it shows reviewing ur application in progress

Still no Biometrics letter from IRCC
Can i schedule Biometrics appointment prior to getting intructions letter from them?
I have already paid Biometrics fees during application submission
