How long it take to process Security & Criminality check?

Hi,

I am a July 27, 2015 applicant, Hong Kong visa office.

I got GCMS notes April 2, 2016 saying

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Not Started
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

But when I checked the website it is still in process.

We received your application for permanent residence on July 27, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 29, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

How long it take to process Security & Criminality check?
