My friend received an ITA in March but declined it because she couldn't compile all of the documents in time to meet the 60 days. She got another ITA last week and has all the documents this time.
She did her medical the first week of May. Would this medical still be good or will she need to another one?
Also she got the PCC from the country she currently lives in May. Does she also need a new PCC for where she currently lives. She's also still waiting on her PCC from the United States where she did her degree. Would an explanation letter along with proof of requesting it suffice? Has anyone done this while waiting on an FBI PCC?
