How long for work permit on TRV?

Hello everyone,

My wife is planning to come to Canada on a TRV in February 2024.
She has her PR application in process. She recently did her biometric and medical test for her PR.
Upon arrival in Canada, we plan to apply for her work permit.
We wanted to know How long does it take to get the work permit?

I think work permit processing time is near about 4-5 months. Have you applied for work permit?

I thought you guys had PPR already by one of your posts..?
You can check processing times in the website. As of right now they are saying 90 days so, expect anything between 2 to 4 months.
