How long for PR on inland application by Cdn citizen for American spouse

Does anyone know how long from the time of application an inland application takes to time of receipt of PR status. I am applying for my US husband from Canada. We are only an hour from the border either way so he will be visiting while he waits for his status to be approved. Also what form do we use for an inland application?

Don't apply inland - terrible idea for Americans. You're looking at around 27 months. Apply outland.

If you are applying inland, he can't just come and visit you, he has to stay with you. Apply outland.
