My PR application was submitted on Feb 21, 2021 and It was on August 4 I received an email regarding Portal for PR asking for my date of entry, email address so that portal credentials can be emailed to me.
Till now on Nov, 16 I haven't received any email for portal login to get First PR Card. Status on my application is still "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.".
Does it mean Background check is still processing or has it already been completed and are just waiting to create my access to portal?
