How long does the process take after submitting PR application?

My work permit expires in May 2017 and my CRS score is 444. In July I will have 2 years of work exp and my score then will be 470. Assuming I get an ITA then, will 10 months be enough to get the process through?

I also have applied for OOPNP and have yet to receive AoR - by the looks of it the nomination will atleast take 5 more months.

CIC in general aims to have 80% of all applications processed within six months of receiving them. Unless there is a dramatic irregularity with your application, you should be able to get a PR within six months of the submission of your application.
