How long does PR card take to reach you?

I landed about 10 days ago. When should I expect my card in mail? Does the general processing time mentioned on website include mail delivery time or not?

Excludes mail time and no way to predict how long could take as that is beyond IRCC control

I landed 17 days back and got my Card today.

My parents landed on 5 jan...I called them yesterday and was told pr cards were being mailed out yesterday...so around 1 month
